**Your new company**
Hays are working with a fast-growing IoT solution provider that specialises in electrical devices. They are an ASX listed company that have been pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved with IoT technology.

**Your new role**

Following an agile development methodology, you will be implementing the development path for best practises.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in the role of Software Development Team Leader, you will have the following skill set:

- Google cloud architect certification OR AWS certified solutions architect
- Strong Background in cloud security
- Documentation skills
- Ability to breakdown a large feature into smaller tasks
- Team management experience
- Hands-on implementation and testing of critical components
- Strong interpersonal soft skills
- Architect cloud based full stack solutions considering security, reliability, speed, fault tolerance, cost.
- Decide infrastructure, tools, backend architecture, apis, services, IaC, etc.)

Tech Skills required:

- React and redux based frontend design and development
- Bootstrap
- TypeScript
- Microservices
- API gateways
- REST API’s and GraphQL
- Cloud Native tools - Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis
- Git, Github, Docker

Infrastructure
- AWS and GCP
- Serverless
- Self managed computing
- Databases
- Analytics
- Messaging and streaming solutions
- AI and ML
- CI CD tools
