Technical Product Manager based in Perth working Monday to Friday, 8-hour days

Operating multiple lithium mines and extraction facilities, home to some of the largest lithium reserves globally. Operations involve the exploration, extraction, processing, and distribution of these minerals. The company utilises advanced mining technologies and environmentally responsible practices to ensure efficient resource extraction and minimise the impact on the environment.

**Your new role**

In your role as an accomplished Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for reporting directly to the Technical Commercial Director regarding matters pertaining to quality assurance and after-sales services within Australia. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the overall quality and customer satisfaction of products in the Australian market having developed and managed a quality assurance system to include suppliers, processes, products and customers. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Implementing and maintaining continuous improvement plan with suppliers, periodically auditing for standards committed to
- Implementing a lean management system
- Developing quality standards for product reception and process, sampling, storage, and dispatch
- Quality control systems development, including certificate of analysis of creation and control, method analysis implementation, back samples administration
- Understanding market trends to improve product development, pushing for improvements according to market trends
- Technical and Quality assurance matching

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering, Lean Management and/or Quality Major
- Previous professional experience in QA QC operation or lean management
- Proven data analytical and problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work autonomously with direct report located overseas
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Valid WA Driving Licence

**As this is a permanent position, it is essential that you possess unrestricted working rights in Australia.

- Competitive base salary $180,000 - $210,000 (based on experience) +Super and short-term incentive bonuses
