**Position Information**:
Goulburn East Public School has a current enrolment of 143 students with 12% Aboriginal students. Our school sits high on Rocky Hill overlooking Goulburn which is located in the Southern Tablelands region of NSW, Our school is an involved member of the Goulburn Community of Public Schools. The school has an enthusiastic, committed and caring staff who provide a wide choice of academic, social, cultural and sporting activities, accessing many outside opportunities for our students. **Selection Criteria**:
In addition to the general selection criteria, approval to teach infants and/or primary, underpinned by strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to balance exemplary, classroom teaching practice with the complexities of a leadership role

Demonstrated ability to foster a school culture that promotes the inclusive learning and wellbeing of a diverse range of learners, including students who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds or have complex learning needs

Highly developed instructional leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to lead data informed, evidence-based teaching and learning resulting in student growth and attainment

Highly visible and collaborative leader, who promotes a culture of belonging and high expectations to strengthen positive partnerships within the school community

**General Selection Criteria**:
1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice
- 2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs- 3. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams- 4. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents- 5.
