**About Us**: Darkstar is a vibrant cafe with a loyal customer base, offering amazing coffee, delicious food and a warm atmosphere. Our cafe is all about creating memorable experiences for our guests and we’re looking for someone who shares this passion to take the lead as Cafe Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards.
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of baristas.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate food preparation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with hiring, training and developing team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a cafe or hospitality management role. Ideally looking for 3+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and cafe operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
