**About the Role**

We are seeking a Field Service Scheduler/ Controller to join the team at our Queanbeyan Branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for efficiently allocating breakdowns, scheduled maintenance and other repairs to technicians as required and ensuring internal/external customer’s needs are identified and met.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Book service work for retail and rental equipment.
- Coordination and allocation of service and breakdown jobs to technicians.
- Maintain information relating to service and breakdown jobs.
- Plan daily work to ensure the labour available is utilised to its full capacity.
- Coordinate quoted Additional Repair jobs.
- Coordinate 3rdparty suppliers for breakdown jobs.
- Monitor service Work In Progress.
- Monitor Technician’s work hours on a daily basis.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role where required to control/coordinate a team of remote technicians.
- Experience in the Material Handling Industry or Industrial Services Industry,
- Proven experience using an ERP system (M3, SAP, Pronto etc.)
- Superior communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
- Strong telephone skills and experience responding to a high volumes of customer queries over the phone.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- High attention to detail.
