**Your Role**:
As the Deputy Program Manager, your primary remit is to work with SME businesses in Australia and our US colleagues to identify and create work opportunities, (purchase orders) as part of our Australian Global Supply Chain Agreement with The Commonwealth (CASG). Working under the guidance of the Government Relations and Industry Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to leverage your established profile helping to make a significant impact, to achieve these goals.
Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your strategic foresight and tactical expertise, will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing a strong supply base. By building and maintaining professional relationships, you will increase our focus supplier export opportunity capture and contribute to the growth and success of Australian businesses across the nation on a global scale.
In addition to your 10 years’ experience within an export and trade environment, you will ideally have tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management and Supply Chain (or similar relevant qualifications). This is your chance to utilise your advocacy, public speaking and presentation expertise to engage industry representatives at events like ‘Meet the Primes’ and other forums.
