About Springfield Lakes State School

About the RoleAs the Community Hub Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategies for effective community networks and partnerships between key stakeholders in the local area to encourage positive, inviting introduction to school.
- Ensure that communities and children are involved in the design and implementation of tailored wellbeing programs
- Develop a communication strategy to ensure families int he community are well aware of opportunities created and are engaged with the hub activities.
- Ensure integration of the Community Hub activities with the range of programs and services int he community.
- Facilitate suitable consultative mechanisms and procedures to provide effective coordination and collaboration across local, state and federal government funded services what will make a difference in delivering wellbeing programs.
