Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are expanding and looking at hiring an additional team member to our sales and management team.

Are you passionate about fitness, customer service, and growing a community? Our martial arts school is looking for a dynamic Gym Manager to join our team and help take our academy to the next level

The Role

As our Gym/Sales Manager you’ll be the driving force behind our academy’s success. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure an exceptional member experience, and contribute to the growth of our school through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Sales and Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain members, including promoting memberships, membership consultation, programs, and events, etc.
- Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment by addressing member needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms to increase engagement and attract new members.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive culture.
- Operations Management: Handle scheduling, memberships, and basic administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to drive membership growth.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Experience in social media advertising and management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts is a bonus but not essential.
- Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership skills.
