**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Membership Sales**: Drive membership growth by actively engaging with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and offering tailored membership solutions.
- **Reception Duties**: Serve as the first point of contact for our members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- **Member Support**: Assist members with inquiries, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- **Operational Duties**: Support day-to-day operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area, processing payments, and managing membership databases.
- **Community Engagement**: Participate in community outreach and promotional events to raise awareness of our club and attract new members.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our team of fitness professionals, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Sales Savvy**: You have a proven track record in sales, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
- **Customer-Focused**: You have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
- **Multitasker**: You can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, from sales to reception duties, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You are comfortable using membership management software and other technology to enhance the member experience.
- **Passionate About Fitness**: You live and breathe health and fitness and want to share that passion with others.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
