- We require an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established Residential Construction Company who pride themselves on delivering the best full service approach to home building. - The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day site and safety supervision of the construction project and will report directly to the Project Manager.
- As Site Supervisor you will have superior people management and problem-solving skills to lead a site-based team of employees and subcontractors.
- You will be required to supervise 8 homes at any time.
- **The Role**:

- Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with environmental, industrial relations, occupational health safety and quality standards
- Ability to liaise clearly with clients and consultants
- Assist Project Manager with site cost management and identifying cost reduction opportunities maintaining daily site manager's diary
- Provide leadership to the site team
- Long and short programming

**About you**:

- A stable career history within the Residential industry
- Strong construction foreman or Site Supervision experience with a reputable company would be an advantage
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
