Golden Tank is looking to hire CFD trading Analysts to work collaboratively with the wider business and CFD team. The CFD Analyst will be responsible for supporting the business across all client-facing and dealing functions.

Location: Workspace 6.02, 221 London Circuit, Canberra, ACT 2601

**Responsibilities**:

- Detailed fundamental research, including strong excel based skills applied to modeling and scenario analysis.
- Meeting with senior management and boards on a regular basis.
- Spotting market opportunities and Reporting to Senior Investment Analysts.
- Understanding market dynamics, regulatory changes and industry trends.
- An ability to communicate ideas both internally and externally.
- An immediate ability to impact the portfolio decision making process.
- Publishing and presenting timely research notes and reports within a group setting.
- Staying well-informed about market, industry, and company-specific activities.
- Attending conferences, tours, and company visits and providing concise feedback and insights to the team.

Who we are looking for:

- A degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics or Finance-related Degree would be viewed favorably.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, and personable
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
- Integrity and humility are key criteria for the role.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- ASIC RG146 licensed, but not essential
- In-depth understanding of the underlying fundamentals of financial markets and FX/CFD trading in particular

Part-time hours: 20 hours per week
