Tesserent | Cyber Solutions by Thales is a full-service cybersecurity solutions provider. We partner with clients across Australia and New Zealand in the protection of their digital assets and partner with clients to provide a full suite of cybersecurity services.

Partnering with over 1,400 mid-sized to enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure clients, our mission is to be the sovereign cybersecurity provider of choice for the protection of Australia and New Zealand’s digital assets and deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions to prevent, detect and mitigate potential cyber-attacks. We have deep expertise in security advisory (GRC) and consulting, technical assurance and testing, cloud services, 24x7 managed services and monitoring, incident response and forensics and converged/physical security.

As a Graduate Security Analyst in our business you will have the opportunity to rotate between the following roles over the 18-month graduate program.
- Security Engineer
- Security Analyst
- Threat Analyst
- Intelligence Analyst

**YOUR ROLE**
- Track and analyse security alerts from tools like SIEM, EDR, SOAR, Canaries, and Firewalls.
- Identify and assess potential threats, recommend fixes, and help coordinate responses with internal and external teams.
- Write clear reports and perform quality checks on playbooks and documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with peers and clients to ensure smooth teamwork and support.
- Help improve tools and processes, while staying up to date with cybersecurity trends
- Overnight and weekend shifts, as required

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (graduating by early 2026).
- Proven leadership through work, internships, or extracurriculars; skilled communicator who thrives in team settings and engages stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities; capable of juggling multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills, committed to delivering quality service outcomes.
- Problem Solving mindset with experience in evaluating security incidents and crafting thoughtful responses.
- Self-driven learner excited by the cybersecurity space, proficient in MS Office and digital tools.

**AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY**

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
