**YHA** **Blue Mountains** is currently seeking a **Receptionists **to join the team on a **full-time**. **part-time and casual basis**. The front office team are responsible for ensuring the property remains sparkling clean and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

**Day-to-day duties include**:
**Reception** duties include; providing a friendly welcome and checking guests in and out, answering queries, being a source of helpful local information and knowledge, and promoting in-house activities to guests.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in reception, face to face customer service
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
