Artisan Clinics is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to manage our client lifecycle campaigns. Thanks to continued investment, we are further expanding our marketing automation capability and are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to take our business to the next level.

Our growing network of 18 aesthetic clinics empower clients to look and feel their confident best. Our aim is to educate, inform and teach our clients how to look after their skin as well as themselves. We don’t shy away from the fact that Artisan is a performance-driven organisation as you don’t get to provide the best if you do not set yourself goals and monitor your progress against them.

**The role**:

- Develop customer offers and creative concepts
- Identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly-personalised communications to the right person, at the right time with customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.
- Responsible for accurately implementing reporting capability enabling the measurement of all commercial marketing activities vs relevant Business KPIs
- Supporting the delivery of the performance optimisation strategy and plan, ensuring test methodology and implementation leads to scientifically conclusive learnings and insights
- Develop advanced client journeys within the Dynamics365 marketing system using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers and reporting.
- Support the broader Marketing team, as well as other key business units such as Concierge Hub, Client Experience, IT & Legal teams, in executing streamlined customer-centric product, operational and legal communications.

**To be successful**:

- 2+ years in a similar CRM/Lifecycle/Direct marketing role.
- Proven ability to develop effective customer marketing campaigns with the accountability of implementation from ideation to execution.
- Previous experience using marketing systems e.g.Dynamics365, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo as an advanced user.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or PowerBI
- Project management and organisational skills.
