This role is Full-time working 38 hours per week.
**About Us**
Great Beginnings Canning Vale's Centre Manager Kelly is a highly experienced team leader with over 10 years of experience within the early childhood sector, all within the G8 Education family. Kelly is a passionate supporter of a play-based approach to early education empowering children’s voices and ideas which ignites their passion for learning. She is dedicated to educating not only our children but also her team to provide innovative educational experiences every day. Kelly is seeking to establish a team that are great communicators, patient, cohesive, passionate, and overall strive to exceed learning outcomes for children through quality pedagogical practices. Her previous team describe her as supportive and approachable, and she strongly encourages their personal and professional growth, the teams have been close-knit and fun, she creates a home-away from home where Educators are recognised for their contributions and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.
Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.
At capacity our centre caters for up to 105 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
- First Aid certificate
