You will bring with you:

- Strong Administration skills - proficient in using the Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
- Both your written and verbal interpersonal skills will be of a high standard.
- High attention to detail
- Math's oriented
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Ability and willingness to learn industry specific software
- Minimum 1-2years’ experience in relevant industries, eg Accountancy practice or similar office environment
- Previous experience in an office is required.
- Booking in clients for appointments
- Picking up the mail and banking is also required.
- Demonstrable experience in providing quality customer service.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
