Lendlease have an exciting opportunity for a Village Support Officer to join our village located at Port Phillip Retirement Village in Altona, Victoria. Shifts will be a mixture of daytime shifts (4.5 Hours) and sleepover shifts (overnight 10.00pm to 7.30am) on a Casual basis. Additional assistance will be required for leave coverage.

Duties will include responding to resident enquiries, overseeing our community facilities, conducting welfare checks on residents and referring them to our home care provider, assisting with our colourful events, responding to call outs, undertaking first aid and initiating emergency services where required such as Fire Warden and evacuating residents in case of fire. You may be required to assist with other tasks around the village as directed.

To be successful you will have the following:

- Hold a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- Be able to make critical decisions
- Motivated and able to take initiative
- Basic computer Skills (desirable)

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature such as this position, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
