**An Opportunity**

Luther College seeks to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic teacher to join our talented teaching and learning team, commencing in Term 1, 2025. This is an ongoing, full-time position where you will collaborate with passionate educators in the areas of Health & Physical Education and Science. Your role will be pivotal in helping all students achieve their academic potential in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**About You**

You are a teacher who is always learning and improving your practice, passionate about supporting students to become independent in their learning. A teacher who is committed to the holistic development of students in partnership with parents. You have a high level of understanding and experience of restorative practices and the psychology of positive education to enhance student engagement in alignment with pedagogical and wellbeing practices. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet the needs of our students and families.

- Evidence of a valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
