Develop and implement communications and engagement activities for a leading service provider in Tasmania.
**Your new company**
Our client is a leading community service provider in Tasmania, well regarded for the passion and quality of their care and service for clients. They are looking for an experienced Communications and Engagement Advisor to play a central role in the successful provision of services around the state.
**Your new role**
As the Communications and Engagement Advisor, you will report to the Engagement Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing all communications and community engagement activities for internal and external audiences. Key responsibilities will include:
- Help plan, create, distribute and evaluate collateral and publications for internal and external audiences
- Plan, develop and manage digital marketing platforms to drive online engagement with a range of audiences.
- Plan, devise, schedule and coordinate communications and marketing activities to ensure projects and activities progress on schedule and in budget.
- Coordinate events, including creating and coordinating promotional materials, marketing, logistics, follow-up processes, and reporting.
- Deliver high-level communications advice and support to a varied stakeholder group.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will bring significant communications, marketing and engagement experience, including:
- A proven ability to deliver a broad range of communications, including print, online, social media and face-to-face, to effectively meet project objectives concisely and clearly.
- Experience in responding to community and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Well-developed computer skills, including a proven ability to maintain/update websites, and a demonstrated understanding of online communications and marketing platforms.
