**Role Responsibilities**
As part of the Asset Management team, you will be responsible for a busy portfolio of property, and the accomodation strategies inclding design and test fits to deliver efficient workplaces for the staff and organisation as a whole.

Activities include:

- Engaging stakehoders, undertake test fits of design scenarios
- Undertake high level project & portfolio planning
- Provide Design and expert advice, keeping up to date with Workspace Strategy

**Your experience**
We are looking for an experienced Space Manager with a design background. You will have demonstrated management of executive level relationships, providing expert advice which is built on validation of data and physical options.

Experience in taking a detailed client brief, using critical thinking to determine requirements and best solutions is expected. Providing viability reports and the functional brief along with designing the overarching solution for the project delivery team to progress wil be second nature for you.

Remuneration is $168K to $182K package, depending on your eperience.

The team works from their offices in Central Sydney, 3 days per week and from home 2 days with some flexibility.

This will be an opportunity to be exposed to a high volume of projects within a complex environment, providing diverse challenges to keep you interested.
