**_ Do something that moves you_**- **Safety**: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all team members.- **Precision Operations**: Handle raw material inputs, set up, and operate formulation and milling equipment with accuracy and efficiency.- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain the highest standards in product quality and ensure compliance with safety protocols in every step of the process.- **Troubleshooting & Collaboration**: Identify and resolve production issues alongside engineering and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in process optimisation, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation.

**Does this sound like you?**- A background in chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries (preferred).- Have a positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.- Be a team player who communicates effectively and fosters a collaborative work culture.- Willingness to take ownership of your role while supporting team accountability.- Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery.- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment.- Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions regarding workplace documentation, such as SOPs, Operator Manuals, Work Instructions, etc.
