**Do something that moves you**:

- Operate machinery and assist in formulation, progressing towards full competence.
- Rotate through tasks for cross-skilling and flexibility.
- Implement clean-down processes and follow production plans.
- Address equipment issues and ensure quality standards in packaging.
- Train on packing line operations under supervision.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Background in packaging, chemical production, or FMCG preferred.
- Completed Year 11 or equivalent, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Cert IV in Competitive Manufacturing Excellence is a plus.
- Solutions-focused mindset and commitment to safety.
- Strong team player who takes ownership of their role.
- Physically able to work on your feet and handle machinery.
