**About the opportunity**
Work as part of a small team you'll provide support to a large and distributed organisation. Day to day you will interact with users and colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve problems as well as develop sustainable solution. In doing so you will be mainly concerned with:

- Maintaining SharePoint, Nintex workflows, Forms and some Office 365 apps;
- Providing datacentre and site infrastructure administration;
- Maintaining network environments, system configuration, system installation, and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards;
- Managing assigned incidents and service requests, using the ticketing system;
- Application and end point systems support and maintenance;
- Assisting with communications during periods of outage to relevant stakeholders; and,
- Building and sustaining a network of collaborative relationships with stakeholders that enable successful delivery of services.

This is a permanent, full time opening where you'll combine working from home with working from our Box Hill offices 1 to 2 days per week as restrictions ease.

**About you**
- You'll be a great communicator with a great attitude towards interacting with users, understanding needs and taking accountability for finding solutions.
- Beyond this you'll have broader systems knowledge that will help you to investigate and eliminate other network, data or environmental factors that could influence the pathway to problem resolution and solution development.
