Campbelltown, Australia I-MED Full time

The role is a **full time position** working eight hour shifts, Monday to Friday, between **8am - 5pm**.

Our PET/NM Department at Campbelltown Private Hospital boasts state of the art facilities with a brand new PET/CT service having been opened in November 2023. Working across both Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT departments, you will have excellent time management, attention to detail and compassion for patients experiencing vulnerable health conditions.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Skilled in working autonomously and in a team environment.
