**Job Description**:
As a Customer Experience and Sales team member, you will be will be the voice of Belong, engaging with customers to build rapport and discover their needs. You will be answering inbound calls, representing, promoting and selling a range of products and services for both new and existing customers, offering personalised value-based solutions that will make your customers feel valued.

Additional Information

You will be working 5 days per week, between Monday - Friday, on a rotating roster between 8am - 8pm (7.6 hr shifts). Potential to transition to weekends post training period.
