**Bloomex Sales Representative **plays a critical role in ensuring that customer needs and issues are being met and supported. Customer service, value, and retention is at the forefront of our principles. This role will provide added impact by managing the sales process, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and working to expand membership into areas not yet being fully leveraged.

The position sits at an ideal focal point within the company, providing an opportunity to work cross-functionally with the Corporate team while ensuring clients’ inputs are factors in future content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage your own portfolio. Minimum 60-80 Corporate clients to start but need to grow.
- Goal to exceed sales targets, and retain current clientele
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure knowledge of their top priorities and ensure alignment with CORP membership programs
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue cross-sell opportunities by diagnosing business needs and aligning CORP product portfolio with key member priorities
- Provide input on marketing strategy, timing, and campaign content
- Provide input to executive leadership regarding new product opportunities based on experience with member accounts
- Regularly review customer engagement and mitigate potential/current risk areas
- On-board new member accounts in collaboration with program teams
- Stay current on new developments in the industry and CORP programming, including positioning against competitors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
