**Job Description**:
**What will you do?**

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer cases and providing our customers with a premium experience. As part of Volkswagen Group Australia, you will support multiple brands including: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Cupra. An exciting opportunity to make a difference in the everyday lives of Australians

**An overview of the role;**
- Assist customers with a variety of queries ranging from warranty questions, general vehicle information, paint colour availability, complaint handling, and much more
- Work 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (flexible working hours)
- Fully Remote
- 1-2 weeks full time paid training in the comfort of your own home
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and digital communication pathways to resolve enquires and cases
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account information

- A high degree of patience for others in difficult situations
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels
- Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations

- You must be located within Melbourne to be successful in the role
- Must have a fixed internet connect with appropriate home office set up
