High Risk Work Trainer/Assessor

**Location**: Sydney (Guildford/Yennora)
**Start**: Immediate / Flexible

We’re a **family-oriented Registered Training Organisation (RTO)** delivering nationally accredited **High-Risk Work Licences and short safety courses**. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated **Trainer/Assessor** to join our growing team.

About the role

You’ll deliver and assess short courses such as:

- Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Cranes, Hoist, Confined Spaces, Traffic Control, and more
- High-Risk Work Licences (HRWL) in line with SafeWork NSW requirements
- Nationally accredited short courses relevant to construction and machinery

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Already holds HRW licences and TAE qualifications
- Has experience delivering **trade-related training** (full qualifications or RPLs) - highly regarded, but not essential
- Enjoys working with students from all walks of life
- Values teamwork, professionalism, and a supportive family-style environment

What you’ll do
- Deliver both theory and practical training sessions
- Conduct assessments in compliance with regulator standards
- Prepare training areas and ensure equipment/resources are safe and ready
- Pitch in with light general duties - from keeping the training yard tidy to helping keep the facilities welcoming for staff and students (we all roll up our sleeves here)

**Requirements**:

- TAE40122 (or equivalent)
- Current HRW licences (one or more classes)
- Current industry experience
- Background in delivering trade courses (full qualifications or RPLs) is a **big plus**

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $31.32 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
