**Job Summary**:
Overseeing the Functions of the business, including but not limited to, overseeing the yard, timely distribution of products and materials, purchasing and receiving of products, staff supervision and maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Oversight: _
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Distribution Oversight: _
- Ensure efficient distribution processes, primarily logistics.
- Collaborate with the yard team to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Yard Supervision: _
- Oversee daily yard operations, including loading and unloading of materials.
- Supervise yard staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the yard and equipment to maintain safety and operational standards.
