Supported by our internal RTO team, this rewarding opportunity is responsible for delivering our Initial EAL course focusing on adult literacy; Certificate II in General Education programs and our Certificate II in General Education programs. Naturally you will have a passion for upskilling our supported employees with intellectual disabilities with their language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills.
This casual position is initially 7.5 hours per week in the Bentley area but this may vary from time to time. Main responsibilities include coordinating, monitoring and reporting on participant progress and supporting learners with a varying range of abilities.

- An understanding of community and social issues related to disability service provision.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessing coupled with one the following Qualifications:
- An undergraduate bachelor degree plus a Master of Teaching or Graduate Diploma of Education with TESOL as a method
- An initial teacher education qualification plus a postgraduate qualification that includes a 22-day supervised teaching practicum in TESOL, such as a:
- Graduate Certificate in Education (TESOL)
- Graduate Certificate in TESOL
- Graduate Diploma in TESOL
- Master of TESOL / Master of Applied Linguistics / Master of Arts (TESOL)
