**Location: Parramatta with access to hybrid working arrangements.**

**Temporary full time opportunity (2 year contract)**

**Salary ranging from $106,025 to $117,363pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation (11%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)**

**Your role**

As Functional Specialist you will provide support to internal JusticeLink users (i.e. escalated calls from Help Desk Officers), external bulk users e.g. banks, Australian Tax office and other external agencies such as NSW Police, Online Registry users, Digital Audio transcript (DAT) users, members of the legal profession, and members of the public.

**What you ll do**

As part of the Business Information Services (BIS) team you will provide functional support of the JusticeLink and related Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery systems and related work practices.

**What we re looking for**

Extensive experience in following areas; processing of civil matters, processing of criminal matters; Sheriff s Office process, finance, and be able to provide expert advice in a timely manner.

Sound understanding of the Department of Justice business and current court processes, or equivalent State jurisdictions.

Proven ability to perform well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines

Proven experience in supporting complex business related systems or experience as a Subject Matter Expert.
