- Develop and tailor communication and awareness material
- Support the development & delivery of learning and help material
- Take the lead on developing a structured and integrated approach for engaging our site based Warehouse Coaches
- Coach and mentor our Warehouse Coaches to enable the building of change capability
- Identify lead and lag change readiness and adoption metrics and develop an approach to keeping sites informed of how they are tracking
- Support the management and tracking of our change management deliverables
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Support the project business team with aligning processes across sites prior to the system transition
- Help plan out transition and Go Live activities for each site
**About you and your skills**:
You understand the unique requirements of managing change for a system implementation and working across multiple geographies. You have the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at Distribution Centres and in Central Support and a demonstrated ability to deliver tangible project outcomes that positively impact the end user experience.
You will also demonstrate the following:
- You are proactive and flexible, able to adapt your approach to tackle challenges in a fast paced and complex environment
- You are self-sufficient and independent able to deliver project outcomes based on a detailed project plan with support from the change team
- Hands on experience managing system related change including the delivery of communication and engagement collateral
