Our residential site, located in** Paradise** is currently seeking a Coordinator Housekeeping Services. This is an opportunity to join a caring and supportive environment, and make a difference to the quality of care we deliver to our Resthaven residents. **A little more about the role**:

- Reporting to the Site Manager, ensuring a quality housekeeping service is provided to residents by developing and monitoring work practice standards that focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement
- Ensuring the provision of meals and kitchen standards in consultation with the catering staff
- Participating in the development of your sites budget requests and monitoring expenditure
- Managing cleaning standards across facility
- Managing your rescoures efficiently
- Ensuring current knowledge of legislation, work practice and contemporary housekeeping practices

**About you**:

- Experience in the coordination of hospitality services
- Proven ability to coordinate the activities of a range of staff
- Knowledge and experience with food safety legislation
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to be flexible to satisfy competing demands
- Experience in stock control and in ordering stock
- Previous experience in managing housekeeping services in the aged care sector or hospitality industry is preferred
