**Job description**

Exciting Opportunity for a SEO Manager to join the team of a highly innovative marketing digital agency in Melbourne - with a view to moving into a permanent role on successful completion of a 1-year contract.

In order to service our rapidly growing client base, Verve Innovation now has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our talented team. This multifaceted role is responsible for designing system requirements, analysing and assessing existing clients’ systems, and developing system plans, designs, and modifications.

**Reporting Line**

Business Owner/Director

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Consulting with client stakeholders to fully understand their existing business environment (e.g. systems, processes, and procedures) and documenting the relevant business requirements
- Create a SEO plan, liaise with all stakeholders for successful execution of the plan.
- Identifying ‘gaps’ in the project campaign and recommend and implementing solutions to support clients in achieving their digital marketing goals
- Providing advice and expertise in relation to campaign planning at all stages of project planning and implementation
- Developing and documenting (including modeling where applicable) the functional specifications for the development team
- Liaising with other IT specialists to support the successful development and implementation of systems.
- Creating user documentation, supporting user training (as required)

**To be considered, we expect to see**:

- A minimum of 1 year (preferably more) experience working in the digital marketing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in gathering and writing technical requirements and documenting functional specifications
- Proven experience in a range of CMS solutions including WordPress, Magento, Shopify, OpenCart, Custom CMS (essential)
- Experience in the Zoho Software Suite (preferred)
- Google Analytics & Ads certification preferred
- Experience with other SEO management and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and strong task management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full Australian Working Rights

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
