**The Role**:

- Meet and greet patients in a busy clinic setting
- Answer incoming calls and manage enquiries from patients and other clinicians
- Schedule patient appointments and advise patients of any required preparation
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting
- End of day reconciliations
- Previous experience working in a busy medical or specialist practice
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Superior time management skills
- Be self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to cope and work in a busy environment
