About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Ballina team on a Part-Time basis. This role will also require some shifts at our Byron Bay and Goonellabah clinics.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will :

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
  • Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
  • Operate our booking system efficiently.
  • Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
  • Adaptability to various databases and systems.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
