**About Us**:
QE Foodstores is a group of independent Australian family-owned grocery stores located across 11 Sydney locations in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and North Sydney.

**About the role**:
We are currently looking to fill a full-time 45 hour / 5 day per week Store Manager role in our Darlinghurst store. The Store Manager will report directly into the Area Manager and is responsible for operating the store.

The Manager will possess a safety-first approach and will have exceptional customer service skills and people management skills.
- Lead the team in driving store sales and achieving targets
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, stacking shelves
- Managing and leading a highly competent team
- Comply with Workplace Health and Safety policies
- Live the Company Values and instil them in the team
- Work alongside friendly and supportive colleagues

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Experience working in a similar capacity
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable and friendly to customers and staff
- A high level attention to detail
- Possesses excellent knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety guidelines
- Possesses a passion and enthusiasm, with a love for what you do and a willingness to go the extra mile
