**What’s the role?**

You’ll be the go-to person for managing relationships with industry leaders, creating innovative ways to support businesses, and helping them grow. You’ll work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and have the chance to expand your portfolio through networking and acquiring new clients. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, managing a diversified portfolio customer base in the Central Coast.

**What do I need?**
- Stand-out analytical skills and a knack for complex deal structuring.
- Strong commercial lending background and credit skills, including cashflow lending.
- A well-established network of referral sources.
- Proven track record in business development and acquiring new-to-bank customers.
- Energy, motivation, and a team-player attitude to make this role your own.
