As our **Production Planner**, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of the key tasks pertaining to customer repair products and processes, the role includes customer support for enquiries regarding price and availability for standard exchange customer pool equipment.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Day to day planning functions
- Expedite, handle, monitor, and maintain customer orders through Excel and SAP
- Updating customer ordering and expedite systems (Ariba)
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure deliveries.
- Assisting Service Lead with expediting Parts from Suppliers (Internal & External)
- Ensure successful order fulfilment and on time delivery of all aspects of the customer order.
- Review sales order on completion of entry for accuracy against customer order
- Coordinate all key tasks relevant to the successful delivery of the orders.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly internal backlog and forecast reports.
- Clear and concise communication to exchange and act on information with clients, within the constraints of company policy and procedure.
- Mitigate adverse order issues through continual monitoring and review.
- Regularly review processes and make suggestions for improvements on Emerson’s systems.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Engineering trade or similar is an advantage
- SAP knowledge and prior experience in planning role
