Job Role Overview

Retail consultants support customers in selecting bathroom products, managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone. They also use 3D planners to bring customers' dream bathrooms to life.

About the Job

This role involves assisting customers, visiting them onsite to provide updates, and maintaining great relationships with clients. It's a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy helping others and have excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers choose bathroom products and creating customer quotes and orders
  • Using 3D Planners to bring customers' dream bathrooms to life
  • Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
Requirements

We're looking for someone who has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers. If you're energetic, take initiative, and are willing to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you
