**Overview**

Are you ready to make a difference in the Riverland Mallee Coorong Community? We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our casual pool

In this role, you will provide high-quality, confidential, customer-focused administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Corporate and medical records management
- Staff training management
- Fleet coordination and stock control
- Processing invoices via Sunrise, Basware, and Oracle
- CME data entry and appointment scheduling
- Front counter service and switchboard operations

What We’re Looking For:
**Communication Skills**: You should have a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of clients and health service staff.
**Team Player**: A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team cooperation is essential.
Customer Service Excellence: Your exceptional customer service skills will help you handle even the most challenging situations with grace.
**Tech-Savvy**: High competency in computers, word processing, and office administration, especially with medical records and Microsoft Excel.
**Confidentiality**: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
**Experience**: Administrative and clerical support experience is a must. Proficiency in developing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel will be highly regarded.
