**The role**
In this role, you will be accountable for providing exemplary customer service both face to face and via the phone. This will be in line with our organisational values, whilst focusing on resolving enquiries at the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. The Customer Service Representative must complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner, to maintain positive customer perceptions of Gippsland Water.
**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in providing positive customer interactions and outcomes.
- Fantastic communication skills that allow you to work with both internal and external customers.
- Effective organisation skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Ability to work as part of a customer focused team.
