**Where you’ll be working**
Established in 2006, the Centre for Health Record Linkage (CHeReL) is one of the largest of its kind in Australia. The Centre for Health Record Linkage is dedicated to helping researchers, planners and policy makers access linked health data about people in NSW and the ACT. By linking multiple sources of data and hosing a secure high performing data linkage system the Centre enables a better understanding of health and wellbeing and facilitates high quality research and health policy decisions.
Staff within the CHeReL are employed by the Health System Support Group (a unit of the Public Health System Support Division of the Health Administration Corporation) and work within the Centre for Epidemiology and Evidence.

**Selection Criteria**
- Appropriate tertiary qualification/s in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated experience working in a health research environment, preferably with administrative support experience for data linkage services.
- Experience conducting literature searches and writing research study summaries.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Experience in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive material and information.
- Experience in providing a broad range of administrative, project support and related executive support tasks.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and in a collaborative team-based work environment.
