Corporate Finance Analyst

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- **Financial Modelling for Project Development Opportunities**: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and sophisticated modelling to underpin investment decisions, project funding, and strategic planning.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with diverse teams to evaluate the financial viability of groundbreaking projects and initiatives.
- **Corporate Modelling**: Maintain and refine full lifecycle financial models for existing sites, aiding in budgeting, planning, scenario analysis, capital management, and impairment testing.
- **Executive Presentations**: Assist in presenting investment decision financials and analysis to key stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team.
- **Treasury Management**: Assist with treasury operations, including administration, cash flow management, liquidity optimisation, and adherence to treasury policy limits.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage relationships with stakeholders, translating key outputs and metrics for non-finance stakeholders.
- **Financial Documentation**: Prepare aggregated financial models and information memorandums for potential financiers and debt facility tenders.
- **Health and Safety**: Actively ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations.
- **Company Policies**: Support and comply with Company Policies and procedures as advised and documented in the Company’s employment policies as amended from time to time and as directed by Mangers/Supervisors.
- **Additional Duties**: Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the role.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Advanced MS Excel financial modelling
- Experienced user of MS PowerPoint
- Understanding of business valuation and DCF concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance related discipline
- Prior experience (three to five years) in banking/corporate financial environment desirable
- A good working knowledge of accounting concepts is required
