We are looking for a Requirements Manager to join a leading Defence Prime based in Melbourne. As a Requirements Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the requirements management processes for the defined Land domain project. As an experienced DOORS user, you will help and train other staff in its use and establish best practice across the project. This is a critical role and will make a meaningful impact on the development and capability for our Army.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain the requirements management processes for the assigned project using DOORS software.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage requirements.
- Maintain a complete set of requirements for the project.
- Ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain requirements management plans, procedures, and templates.
- Participate in requirements reviews and manage changes to requirements.
- Ensure that the requirements database is up-to-date and accurate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in Defence, with exposure to military land vehicles and systems.
- Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle.
- Experience with DOORS software or other requirements management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ** AGSVA Security Clearance is a must
