Due to our continued growth, a very exciting career opportunity has emerged for a highly driven Marketing professional to join our Melbourne-based team as one of the Marketing Managers for a selective number of national B2C brands. As such, we’re hiring two Marketing Managers, each to have their own portfolio of brands to manage, including
**BetDeluxe and Bet Nation**. If you’re passionate about sports and racing, this is your dream position
Working as a senior member within the marketing team, and reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing the brand creation and performance of selected brands, as well as being responsible for several direct and indirect reports.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Own and drive the overall marketing for existing online wagering brands (web+app), as well as creating new brands from inception to launch
- Lead, manage and inspire a team of direct reports, and multiple indirect reports across Performance, Content & Social, Automation, and Creative teams
- Own and manage budgets, forecasts, actual spends and reporting across relevant platforms
- Analyse user insights, consumer trends and market analysis to develop an informed growth marketing strategy and initiatives to achieve growth and retention targets
- Frequently review the management of all marketing platforms within each team to ensure efficiency.
- Interpret the data and reporting of to gain insights that can be used to continually adjust and optimise results
- Analyse and report on performance marketing metrics and present to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal team members on all marketing collateral and website, app and product updates.
**About You**
- 6+ years’ experience in marketing, with 3+ years as a Marketing, Brand, Digital or Performance Manager - client-side or agency
- Leadership experience managing direct reports in Digital/Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Automation marketing and Creative teams. Inhouse or agency
- Strong understanding and exposure of Digital Marketing platforms. Eg Facebook Ads, Google ads, Google Analytics etc.
- Experience managing large performance media/digital budgets with proven results
- Demonstrated experience buying/negotiating digital & traditional media, both direct and through agencies
- Extensive experience in managing marketing campaigns, end to end, preferably within a data driven performance context
- Wagering or extensive digital marketing experience is desirable.
