A part of MedHealth Group, Total Workfit Solutions is a Hobart-based company specialising in workplace rehabilitation, injury management and injury prevention, offering services Statewide.

We are approved by WorkCover Tasmania as a Workplace Rehabilitation Provider. Our clients range from insurers, State government, local government and small, medium and large enterprises.

Our team is growing and we have a great opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Rehabilitation Counsellor who thrives on variety to join our supportive team. This role can be Full Time or Part Time. Based in Hobart, your day will consist of various tasks, both in the clinic and on the road, ensuring that you have a varied and balanced day.

**Day-to-day you will undertake**:

- Ergonomic assessments
- Job analysis/workplace assessments
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments
- Rehab case management

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

- Experience in or a genuine interest in occupational health;
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence and vehicle;
- An understanding of Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (desirable);
- Qualifications and current registration in Occupational Rehabilitation

Experience in conducting ergonomic assessments, pre-employment assessments, FCE’s, job analysis or rehab case management will be of great advantage.
