We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Sport Development Officer** to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of swimming in our community.

**About the Role**

As a **Sport Development Officer**, you will:

- Drive the development and growth of swimming programs across all Future Swim locations.
- Implement strategies to increase student participation, retention, and progression.
- Mentor and support our swim instructors and coaches to deliver engaging, effective lessons.
- Collaborate with management to design programs that align with national swimming frameworks.
- Build partnerships with local schools, sporting clubs, and community groups.
- Promote water safety and healthy lifestyles within the community

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage swim pathways, including learn-to-swim, stroke correction, and pre squad programs.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for instructors.
- Support swim event organisation, such as fun days and carnivals.
- Contribute to Future Swim’s brand as a leader in aquatic education.

**About You**

You are a motivated and enthusiastic professional with:

- Relevant qualifications in sports coaching, swim teaching, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in swim coaching or sports development.
- A passion for working with children and fostering talent in aquatic sports.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A current Working With Children Check and CPR certification.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
