The **HR & Office Administrator** role is one where variety reigns.
This role would be perfect for an HR or Business qualified graduate or someone with at least one years work experience. Naturally, you must love people, be uber organised and enjoy getting things done well.
- Raise recruitment advertising for our stores
- Manage the reconciliation of recruitment adverts
- Format, review and write policies as necessary
- Be the gatekeeper for our learning management system
- Manage e learning modules with support
- Prepare regular e learning statistics
- Help to organise and run in house engagement activities
- Assist with phones as required
- Conduct contractor management checklists
- Laminating and printing duties as necessary
- Enjoy a number of various office administration ad hoc tasks that change from time to time
**To be considered for this role you must have**
- Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A high focus on customer service
- Familiarity and ability to use Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to prioritise and reprioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Wonderful initiative reliability
- A warm, friendly nature
