**A bit about you**:
You’ll bring 5+ years’ experience in a relevant corporate strategy or planning role
You’ll have broad exposure to business management, cross-functional operations and governance, either on a large transformation program, within a divisional business unit or at a group/ corporate level
You’ll have clear verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for structuring content in intuitive and engaging ways
You’ll have experience authoring executive-level reporting for large program, divisional or group level executive audiences
You’ll have exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build networks and credibility with senior management on your own
Prior experience in insurance, travel and/or assistance services is highly advantageous but not essential

**A bit about the Job**:
You’ll support end-to-end strategic business planning and management, from translation of corporate strategy into tangible strategic objectives, through to business planning and budgeting, through to in-year tracking and reporting on plan delivery
You’ll maintain oversight and visibility of key activities across the business
You’ll perform business and market analysis to support strategy development and leadership planning
You’ll act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking information on the Group business
You’ll support and occasionally own the delivery of key projects with Group-level impact
You’ll support the creation of high quality Board and Executive collateral, in-line with corporate governance requirements. Including CEO Board Reports, Monthly & Quarterly Zurich Group Performance Reports, and Global Townhall presentations
